Stockton Student Program

Thanks to Melody Powers, Student Recruiter for San Joaquin Valley and Willie Kelly who has worked with Melody on several projects.

We were able to present to 18 organizers of various student non profit programs which are dedicated to the care and education of students under 18 years old.

I thought you would enjoy hearing the presentation and to get an idea of the type of questions that were presented.

UBU-Stockton

Even though this was not the ideal group to present to, it was an excellent opportunity to present to a larger group of professionals who are working with the target group of youth UBU will be focused on.

About Sharyn

As founder of UBU I found my inspiration from my brother Tony who was a foster child, then adopted by my parents when he was five. After listening to his stories about the treatment he received while in the homes I began to think of what it was like for him as well as the thousands of other kids. I decided to start the school after Tony passed on in 2008. It is my tribute to him and all that he did for me. Of all the things I've done in my life, this is the one thing that truly makes me feel like I'm finally on the right path.
