It’s been a great week me. Between hearing from a number of friends since it’s my birthday wish and catching up on the plans for the school.
I talked with Melissa from Las Vegas, Billa who is India, Tina who is in LA (she lives in NY), Richrad in England, Alex who is in S America, Trevor in Belize, Sylvain in Toronto and Robin and Kathy are coming over for brunch tomorrow! They are all involved in the development of the school!
I’m still waiting to hear from Helen and Clyde from New York. They have been looking at the proposal since July. Awe, can you spell patience? I spent about three weeks hardly sleeping at all because I was too wound up about being so close to finally having the school launched!
I know in my heart of hearts the school is meant to be and it’s just a matter of time. We have so many different forces working in our favor. The main one being the focus to get our children off the streets and give them an exceptional educational program. They deserve to be prepared to become productive adults and have the advantages each and every child deserves.
What ever you are capable of doing to make a difference in these children’s lives, please take a moment now as we approach our holidays and give thanks for what we have in our lives.
