We now have six people on our Golf Coordinator’s Team and Robin Ramsey leading up the team.
Each person will conduct six tournaments with 72 courses and a seventh tournament which will serve as a competition for each of the top 24 players from each of the tournaments.
Each tournament will offer a Golf Pro Challenge and award the best pro a cash award for having the best score from each of the tournaments.
So far we will be conducting the tournaments in
- Washington
- Oregon
- California
- Arizona
- New Mexico
- Oklahoma
- Texas
- Hawaii
Our goal is to have ten Regions this year and 50 within five years. These 50 Regions will offer ample funding to house the 3,000 boys and possibly the construction of the second school for girls.
I am also looking for venues to conduct sports and movie star memorabilia auction items. It is a great way to have a fun evening with a touch of suspense for those who are bidding on the silent auction items.
We will also be conducting dive trips in Belize at least twice a year. While in Belize in December I was reintroduced to Jan who worked at the Pleasanton Castlewood Country Club when I met her about five years ago. Now she lives in Belize full time.
