I had one of the greatest conversations over the weekend. I had met Tina Karl in Los Angeles in November at the Braveheart Women event. We hit it off immediately. We have had several conversations and they are always so much fun!

So we have been talking about how Tina could help with the fund raising for the school and we have decided to focus on the two Treasure Dive Trips.

We will need to focus on getting sponsors and lists of divers for the events. We’ve scheduled the first one for June. The weather will be fairly mild in Belize then and a great time for vacations for those from the United States.

The idea is to create an event with about 500 divers and their partners to spend ten days in Belize. There

There will be a hunt for a $10,000 treasure that will be hidden. The divers will be given clues throughout the week and will have several prizes awarded.

We are looking forward to doing at least two dive trips every year and will be able to raise enough funds to pay for the teachers salaries.
